The Operator's
Investment Firm.

Liorion Capital is an Accra-based structured investment firm founded in 2019 by Prince Biden — serial entrepreneur and businessman — to close the capital gap facing Ghana's most disciplined operators. We are not a grant program, an accelerator, or a conventional venture fund. We are the institutional partner built specifically for Ghanaian founders who are already generating revenue and need capital structured around their reality, not Silicon Valley's.

Structured evaluation only — not open funding calls.

The Founder

Prince Biden

Founder & Principal · Liorion Capital

Prince Biden is a Ghanaian serial entrepreneur and businessman with a track record spanning multiple sectors of the domestic economy. Having built, operated, and scaled businesses across industries firsthand, he founded Liorion Capital in 2019 with a singular conviction: Ghana's most capable operators were being underserved by every existing capital model.

Grant programs demanded compliance over performance. Traditional equity investors imposed foreign valuation frameworks on businesses rooted in Ghana's market realities. Debt products ignored seasonal cash flow dynamics. Prince Biden built Liorion to be the firm he wished had existed — one that brings institutional rigour to the table without asking founders to sacrifice control, bend their model, or justify their business to people who have never operated on the ground.

His operational experience across Ghana's commercial landscape — spanning commerce, services, and asset-intensive industries — informs every deal Liorion structures. The evaluation process, the deal terms, the reporting framework: all of it is designed by an operator, for operators.

"Structure is the difference between a project and an institution. Ghana has no shortage of capable founders — it has a shortage of capital built to match them."

— Prince Biden, Founder, Liorion Capital

The Mandate

Institutional Capital for Ghana's Mid-Market Operators

Since 2019, Liorion Capital has operated on a single mandate: apply institutional discipline to high-growth Ghanaian operators who have already demonstrated traction. We do not run open funding calls. We do not invest in ideas. We deploy structured capital — revenue share, convertible advances, and asset-backed partnerships — into businesses generating real, verifiable revenue across Ghana's essential economy.

Why Ghana. Why Now.

Ghana ranks among the top three startup ecosystems in West Africa, with growing institutional interest, progressive policy developments, and an expanding class of revenue-generating operators across commerce, logistics, B2B services, and digital infrastructure. Yet the capital available to these founders remains misaligned — too early-stage, too dilutive, or too disconnected from ground-level realities. Liorion Capital exists to correct that misalignment. We are the structured financing partner built for Ghana's domestic market — not imported from another context and applied here.

The Difference

Alternative Financing for Ghana's Operators — Not Grants. Not Conventional Equity.

Liorion's Primary Instrument

Revenue Share

Repayments tied directly to your top-line revenue. Capital that breathes with your business — scaling up when you grow, easing when you don't. No fixed monthly obligations that compromise operations.

For Contract-Backed Operators

Convertible Advance

Bridge financing designed for founders with secured contracts or clear near-term milestones. Converts at a discount in a future round, preserving equity through the most critical growth phases.

For High-Utility Industrial Businesses

Asset-Backed Investment

Liorion owns the physical asset; the operator runs the business; cash flow services the investment. Security through hard assets. Ideal for logistics, infrastructure, and industrial operators in Ghana.
